I actually really liked all my experiences here. Until, this last time. I went in with coupon for $49.95 summer special and service of my airbags. Walked out with the worst service EVER! I go in for my schedule appointment. Which I scheduled with Nancy and we spoke about my issues at time of booking appointment. Brought my truck in for check engine light being on. They read the codes and serviced the truck and presented me with my bill. I drove my truck less than 50 miles and the check engine light again came on. Brought the truck back in for the check engine light being on and now was charged an additional $250;00. I was now told this was a different problem. Hard to believe a man sensor is now dirty and not 50 miles earlier. APPARENTLY THERE IS NO GUARENTEE ON THEIR REPAIR SERVICES
I want to thank everyone at Bob Pion from Sara and the finance team all the way up to Robert Pion. The level of customer service and salesmanship is outstanding. I will always recommend them. I've always done business with them and every time the service has been consistently superior to the rest. They never disappoint and definitely did not this time with my newest purchase.
