the level of incompetence is baffling with this place. our vehicle has a pwer drain and the battery dies over time. before it was brought in we put in a new battery . bob pions crew determined that both the new and old battery were both bad and further more told us it was leaking 3 different fluids mind you there's never been a single drop of any fluids under the car. so they couldn't diagnose what the car was brought in for and quoted a price of over 5000 to fix a lot of other things that wasn't the battery issue that we br... read more
So far our experience has been excellent. We bought 2 vehicles in the last 3 weeks. Prices are reasonable. From sales to finance the staff has been Informative, professional and personable. The showroom and restrooms are clean as are the vehicles. There was a slight mix up on some details but it all worked out fine. We even met Mr Pion himself . I'm going back for my sticker and interior Scotch Gard this week. Hoping it will be quick and easy.
Went here excited to start a career selling cars. Was met by Jimmy Bastis and offered a position. At first, he appeared to be a proper guy with a good attitude. Now, after accepting his offer AND declining others - I see that he is unprofessional and uncaring at best. You shook my hand, offered me the job, and led me on. I'm very disappointed in your lack of professionalism. you should feel ashamed with yourself for wasting my time Jimmy.
I purchase a-lot of vehicles mostly Dodge. I have dealt with different dealerships and this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had. None of the pushy stuff. Definitely treated me as if I buy 60 cars a year. Top notch.

We have bought several vehicles from them and right now we have an issue with a commercial vehicle that they worked on and now we can’t get a sticker ($135) and they are %100 not willing to reimburse us the cost...very upsetting
Had my Acadia in for service based on an issue that GMC sent a letter about stating it would be covered. There were no dates indicating that when I got the mail from GMC that the service extension period where it was covered was already passed. When having a conversation with the service team them with the letter in hand dated AFTER the service extension was offered (but again with no indication at all in the letter) the service department did nothing beyond tell me that “it is yours to deal with”.
