Brought my brand new trunk in for an oil change, they said they changed the oil, turns out they didn’t fill it, ended up driving around with extremely low fluid levels and I am not happy about it. I highly advise going to another place for service or a new vehicle. I was extremely dissatisfied with service.

I paid $118 to be told "battery vibrating and bouncing may cause battery to die prematurely." I can provide written proof of this. Car still not fixed. They will not help resolve issue. We are troubleshooting from home. I will be buying a new car in winter of 2021. I am very excited. It won't be from Bob Pion or any GMC dealership.
I recommend bob pion to anyone who is looking to buy a car,because of there solid sales staff that is committed to getting you into the right vehicle, literally hassle free, at the best price possible period! not to mention that you are backed up by one of the best service departments in western ma!
I recently bought a GMC truck from Pion GMC and Sara and Jimmy were very helpful in making our sales experience a positive one. I thought the price was very fair and there were no problems or issues with our transaction, despite the awkward situation created by the current virus restrictions.
Ease of dealing with them in purchasing our new Chevy Equinox. Sara the salesperson we dealt with was incredibly helpful and did a fantastic job. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new/ new to you vehicle.

overall liked the dealership, but my salesman john burke was absolutely horrible. he was very pushy, sneaky, and rude at times. lied to me about financing and ran my credit eight times after he pressured me into applying for gm financing when i told him i was leaning more towards my own financing. while i was waiting to close on my vehicle i couldn’t help but observe him using the same sleezy sales tactics on another customer. definitely would have looked else where if they didn’t have the exact truck i wanted. i stopped aft... read more
