went to buy a new truck from them they offered me 3k for my trade Kelly blue book said the range for my trade in was 10k to 14k I took the truck to another dealer 20miles away and got 12k for my truck for a trade think twice before going to Bob pions
The worst customer service I ever had. We have bought multiple vehicles through them. It will never happen again. What in there with a warranty problem they never looked at the problem and told me was fixed. I drove a 1/2 a mile down the road in the same problem persisted. They then didn't want to deal with me when I came back in and handed my keys to me and told me to go to another dealership. To that response thank you it will never happen again!!!!
My husband bought a truck on 1/19/18 and last week the The compressor on the air ride suspension went... A $2k fix. The dealership called to let us know they will not pay for it because It’s past the 60 days and it’s only 60 days because the mileage is over 40 k when he bought it. We had the car less than 90 days and I personal think it’s bad business ... Would never buy from them again.
I walked into the service department at about 8:30am on Friday morning. Spoke to Jenn and Rob briefly about a check engine light which had come on the day before, expecting to make an appointment to get this taken care of. At this time Rob tells me if I can drop my truck off to him, he would take care of it that day. I was completely taken by surprise by this response. I was looking to upgrade to a newer suv, needless to say i walked out in 30 mins later with a beautiful 2015 terrain. Rob and His staff John and sarah were outstanding got me where i wanted to be. quick and painless couldn't be happier. I will be back for another vehicle in the future. again thank you
Sterling was great. The manager not so much. Came close to making a deal. Manager come over and asks "you seen any other 2015's for the price of a 2014?" I tell him I have no preference whether it's a 14 or a 15. His response was "ok go fuck yourself get out of here". A minute later he runs out to my car and tries to continue working out a deal. Terrible negotiation skills by this manager. If anyone knows who he is, please tag him or show him this. And make sure you tell him to go fuck himself.
