Never by anything especially if you have to do financing. They will screw you over. First if you have to exchange a mattress the exchange has to be as much or more on the exchange and will charge you a 10% restocking fee and even trying to get them to do that is like pulling teeth the store manager here in wichita needs to be fired because in sales or retail the main goal is to make the customer happy he only wants to make his pockets and his bosses happy and their mattresses are pieces of junk never buy from them I know I n... read more

We purchased living room set in September 2021. In July 2022 we started the process of repairing/replacing frame and cushion because it looked as if we had it for 5 years. In November 2022 my husband went to pickup replacement cushions to find that it was for the loveseat not the couch. In February once again we traveled to their warehouse to collect replacement and there was only one piece of the couch to pickup. First off i received wrong color for the bed i purchased. Had to wait 2 months to get and it was all wrong. I reached out, they said it would be corrected still not resolved! Supposed to get a delivery today. Call they say no scheduled delivery! A lady named ******* called me and guaranteed all issues will be corrected and compensation! Nothing. Ive furnished my whole house with *****************************! Big horrible mistake! If i could put half a star i would! ****** was my sales guy! Been lied to over and over again!
