We have purchased a couch for over $3,000 2 months ago. This couch already has soft spots. It is very difficult getting up from the couch. We have also notices that the cushions look different from the original at the store. It squeaks when sitting down. This is overall very poor quality of couch. **************** has not been helpful either. The purchase at *** mills feels like a scam.
I had a chair delivered today. It was delivered on time. There was no waiting concerns. The young men were professional and friendly. I mentioned that was concerned about some the armrest of the chair had a dark shadow. They looked at it . Took pictures and said that it would be mentioned to their supervisor. That put me at ease. Great service ! Best thing about *** Mills is not having to wait 2 months for our furniture to come in. Other places did not offer this quick process.
Friendly glad handed affable people before the sale.But AFTER the sale you're on your own.It doesn't matter that your receive defective merchandise right out of the box , it's up to you to contact the out of state manufacturer to fix the broken junk they deliver to you.Good luck, trying to talk to upper management, they don't care!Never seen so many apathetic people running rampant in the same company, including the friendly salesman that sold you the bag of goods.BUYER BEWARE
Great furniture at a great price. We just love our full bedroom set and dining table that seats 10!Communication is awesome at all levels, right on down to the delivery ETA updates. Entire staff seems to care from top to bottom, so rare nowadays. Dont waste your time driving around searching. Best decision we made all year!
