The online ordering was a little challenging. Got with a salesman on chat and they took care of me. Kept me updated through the whole process and was exactly on time for delivery. Delivery guys were quick and professional. Overall a great experience.
Realized I had a problem with a floor model chair, within a day *** came to the house and found the frame was bent. Once parts came in, appointment was made to complete the repair Ray was awesome. On time, chair works much better. Great service

We were blessed to just go to see the show room floor at ********** *** Mills. We were just looking to see what they when, the salesperson directed to the sale packet bedroom sets. We asked store financing program. **** explain to us the process of applying for credit and the company that would be handling it. We applied and was approved for enough to get a bedroom set with free mattress and free pillow for husband, who navy veteran. The sales person **** was so good with his customer service and knowledge of the ********************. The delivery was easy and I was kept informed the whole time. Great service and beautiful furniture. The delivery guys were so nice and careful. Great company!
After searching up and down furniture row, we finally found the perfect recliner at *** Mills. ****** spent a lot of time with **, giving full details and options, making us feel comfortable and without any pressure. Can't say enough about him. They weren't able to deliver the chair right away (we live about 2 hours west of ***********) but we weren't in any hurry and I didn't have to do the loading and driving myself, so we were quite happy. Definitely 5 ? service all the way around. We highly recommend *** Mills Furniture.
These went back on their deal. I handed them ******** . I wanted a delivery date they said no until I gave them ****** . The deal was give me a delivery date then I'll pay what. I owe. They didn't want this now they will not give me back my money.

Our furniture arrived early than expected. It was delivered today and the delivery guys, ******* and ****** were excellent. They were professional and friendly. They did a great job setting everything up and making sure it all worked properly. Our whole experience with *** Mills exceeded our expectations.
