I purchased a chair from *** Mills Furniture and the chair hasn't been working it's a lift chair and it stopped working twice and they refuse to get me parts , the remote part is what I need and they are saying it's going to take up to 16 weeks to get a part for the chair. I'm still having to make payments on the chair and they refuse to make it any better by exchanging the chair.so I can use this year I have spoken to them three or four times and I'm not getting any results so they're not showing any concern for their custo... read more

The only complaint I would have is that one of the dining room chairs showed up with a blemish but Im confident that *** Mills will make it right. Excellent service in the showroom and super fast delivery. We will most certainly return in the future.

The two men who delivered our furniture were amazing. They arrived when they said they would. They were very careful when bringing our furniture into the house and installed our bed and explained how to work it. Would definitely recommend.
Delivery staff were on time, polite, and efficient. Everything was easy and stress free.
We purchased two electric recliners on January 27, 2023. One of the recliners broke on March 6, I notified the warranty company on March 7. A repairman came on March 24 and said he would have to order parts. We called the store and were told that there was nothing they could do, that the chair must be repaired under the warranty. We were told that the parts would take 2 weeks to 2 months. We were then told that the parts would be in mid June. On June 1, we were notified that the parts would be in mid-July.
