I have a sofa i purchased in 2019. Less than two years from getting the sofa the motor switch went out on the left side (looking from the front). I have done all the necessary steps to file a claim with the insurance starting on July 20,2023. It took 3 weeks or u til August 11 for the service tech from FPS to come look at my sofa here in ****** **. He was here 5 minutes said he had to order the part from overseas may take 12 to 16 weeks! We have purchased all our furniture from BobMills Furniture over the last 20 years and will continue to purchase on the future. Our furniture was delivered in a timely manner. The delivery guys were very polite and assembled the furniture quickly.

Bob Mills Furniture is a professional and personable company from the salesperson, cashiers, and delivery personnel. I first purchased one of the Weston mattresses that is so comfortable I never want to get out of it. I have the firm because I am a large-framed woman, I don't sink into the mattress, and I lay flat on my back! I normally do not lay on my back as other mattresses do not keep me flat on the mattress. *** Mills furniture was absolutely the best. I ordered a chaise from another furniture store and they kept pushing my delivery date back for months. I called this store and not only was the ordering a breeze (even had affirm as an option) but they also delivered within a WEEK of my order. Set up the furniture and removed the packaging.

I filed a complaint against this company and they responded with lies, either theyre lying or theyre employing people who tell blatant lies in order to get the sell. I was offered a mattress topper that was more like a fancy memory foam. This was left off the ticket and never given to me. The time frame to get anything replaced via a warranty is ridiculous.
