5 Star : Likely to Recommend I would definitely recommend Bob Jeannette Dealership for body work,, purchase of a new car and oil change . Especially, with the hiring of Josh in Body work. 5 Star : Repair Quality Just want you to know that I brought my 2019 Envision to Cecil to have body work done in March 2023. I called Cecil once a month to see if parts were in and he stated he could not get parts. In August I called and was told Josh replaced Cecil. However, Josh was so helpful and ordered the parts and my car was fixated.... read more
2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality Dropped my truck off and they had it for three weeks, I understand busy but it was a big disappointment. Also when I picked my truck up there was a loud humming sound and I’m not sure where it’s coming from, it didn’t hum before I dropped it off so I’ll have to go have that checked out next. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Cesar was spotty with communication but Josh was a big step up. He kept me in the loop and shot me straight with timing and everything. Big kudos to him!
