2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality Dropped my truck off and they had it for three weeks, I understand busy but it was a big disappointment. Also when I picked my truck up there was a loud humming sound and I’m not sure where it’s coming from, it didn’t hum before I dropped it off so I’ll have to go have that checked out next. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Cesar was spotty with communication but Josh was a big step up. He kept me in the loop and shot me straight with timing and everything. Big kudos to him!

With new manager (Josh) taking over there was much more "customer service."
