I get it, you’re a business and your job is to make money. But, I feel that when vehicles are being advertised a certain way, or the sales rep says they’re in a certain condition, then that should be honored. And if that can’t happen, then you should have the flexibility to provide some incentive or inconvenience fee given to the buyer. I was told there were no dents or scratches, the interior had no discrepancies and that the key fob should be able to remote start the vehicle, all of which were incorrect. I am experience was OK the outcome not too much! I had to have my car towed in and I asked for a free diagnostic to find out what was the matter with it my particular car has had many recalls and is now in the class action suit for faulty ignition.
