Desiree was amazing she came in on her day off to help me get into my dream car! She was easy to talk to and listened to everything I wanted! She’s a wonderful saleswomen
After spending all day looking at different cars at different lots and thinking I wanted a new Roque I drove a 2021 Equinox and fell in love. Desiree was amazing to work with and hooked me up with my new car. This is my second new car from Bob Howard first being a Nissan. Glad I came to see Desiree and she listened to what I was looking for and payed close attention to all the details to found exactly what I wanted.
They bent over backwards to resolve an issue with my son’s car while he is stationed at Ft. Sill. They invested more time and effort than they were compensated for. Very professional service department that went the extra mile. They fixed a problem that two other shops could not resolve. I would highly recommend them.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. No one should be lied to, promised things and then forced to sign and pay for something that they never received. I still have no car and when asked about compensation for it, I was told that the extra that I ordered, which were rims, tires and tint to be completed, which I could have drove off the lot that day with a vehicle and came back to have all of that completed in a day, was the hold up on why my car was being delivered. Service department was great, they stay open till 7:00 PM on Saturday to make sure they meet all your needs. They had me in and out very quick with a comfortable waiting area.
