My family has been purchasing from Bob Hook for over 30 years. My Uncle was formerly employed as a mechanic at Bob Hook as well. I purchased my first car a 2016 Malibu Premier and I was very satisfied with the process from when I stepped on the lot to driving off of it. It goes without saying that we will and I will continue to purchase from Bob Hook for the foreseeable future. If you want a genuine Chevrolet experience Bob Hook and the salesmen there go above and beyond to deliver on that.
I had been dragging my feet for way too long to schedule recall repairs on my Chevy. I called Bob Hook and they got me on the schedule quickly and even had a shuttle drop me off at work while the repairs were being perfomed. Each Bob Hook employee I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. I had no idea I could leave a service shop feeling so satisfied. Will definitely be taking my car there from now on!
