Worst place to buy a use vehicle went with my son they would not even come down a little bit. Not even two hundred dollars. So now we no longer shop at Bob Crook as we know them now.
Tried to schedule appt online for Saturn recall service. Was supposed to get a call from someone, never happened. So a week later, I called. Was told they don't really check the online scheduler (??) and scheduled appt and was told service could be done in 2 hours. I took off from work, showed up for appt and my appt wasn't even on their schedule and it was going to take up to 6 hours. And then the representative was surprised that I was frustrated??? Really??? 2 and a half hour oil change with an appointment is ridicules and their still not done yet.....WOW

Please do not buy from Bob Hook and don't buy a Chevy, lady mentioned credit mine is fantastic. I have paid 32 payments and every month something is wrong with the car I mean major wrong this has been going on since I had it a month. They can't find out what was wrong with it. Thinking about getting my man on News 3 to look into this.
