I have bought several vehicles in the last 20 years usually one or two every year. I've always had good service. But I think Chevy is backlog now because I ordered two vehicles October and have not received either one yet
Had my car in for a routine oil change and watched the service guy park it in the lot once finished but the service rep took over an hour to come get me and thats after I had to inquire what was taking so long....oh and did I mention I had my 3 yr old with me!!! That's totally unacceptable to make someone wait that long for a ROUTINE maintenance that I had an APPOINTMENT for!!!!
My husband and I just purchased a 2015 Terrain Denali from Bob Hook last Saturday and we absolutely love it. Our salesman was Michael Harris and he was wonderful! So kind and helpful. He wasn't pushy at all and let us take our time. I would definitely recommend Bob Hook and Michael Harris the next time you decide to buy a car.
A great place to buy your next vehicle! I have used this dealership for the past 15 yrs and highly recommend them. I also recommend that you ask for Bill Dabney as your salesperson, he works hard to get you in a car/truck and stay within your budget!
