I really wasn't a Chevy fan until I met Travis McCormick and he introduced me to my new Chevy Cruze. He was very personable and knowledgeable about everything from the tires to the MPG. Great Experience.
Was in the market for a commercial truck and decided to check out what Bob Hook had to offer. Usually, I hate buying trucks and cars but I have to say my experience at Bob Hook was first class. I was not in the market for a new car and not real happy that my old car was being totaled. After looking at 4 other dealerships, I tried an Equinox from Bob Hook. Mr. Max Minzenberger was so patient, knowledgeable, and smiled the whole time even with my bad mood. He was wonderful and I bought the vehicle. He also took the time to set everything up and give me an hour training on all the specifics of the vehicle. I would buy again from Bob Hook if for nothing more than the customer service!!! I also love my vehicle!
My husband and I purchased a 2010 GMC Sierra with the help of our salesman Broderek. We have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years and I have to say this was one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences we have ever had. We really appreciated the ease of working with Broderek who helped us get the best deal on our trade-in as well as the purchase price on the truck. This was a no sales pressure situation and when it comes time to buy another vehicle we will check in at Bob Hook's first.
Will be coming here to see Chris Saylor for my next vehicle!
