I was working with Mr. Dabney for about a month looking to purchase an used vehicle. However; due to his no pressure and patience with me I am extremely happy with my new 2014 Malibu LTZ. I appreciate the time and effort on his part and Jason in finanace for working with me and getting things take care for me that fit my needs.

I purchased a vehicle from Bob Hook Chevrolet at the Bardstown Rd. location in March of 2010. My dealer, Bob Breshear, has kept in contact with me since my purchase. The dealer has also sent me and my family birthday and Holiday cards. I have been satisfied each time I have gone in for maintenance, and all of my problems have been resolved. The dealership offers wonderful customer service and maintenance. I believe they genuinely care about customers past the initial car sale.
