I visited online prior to see if I could purchase a particular vehicle. I was first contacted by the online staff and when I made my appointment to actually visit in person, I met with Mr. Kyle and he was awesome from the time I test drove the vehicle to driving away home with it. Everyone at Bob Hook Chevrolet were exceptionally professional and courteous!! I will definitely tell everyone of my great service and will return again when it's time to purchase another vehicle in the future!
This is my 2nd car that I bought from Bill at Bob Hook Chevrolet. I find the dealer gives you a fair trade in value (best out of 3 dealers) for your car and they have fair pricing on their cars. Bill is great to work with. Very professional, not high pressure and is a really down to earth guy. I highly recommend Bob Hook Chevrolet.
