Cooke Chevrolet. In 1953, he bought Highland Chevrolet on Bardstown Road at the Douglas Boulevard Loop. I recently had my new 2014 Equinox serviced for the first time at Bob Hook Chevrolet. It was a great experience. I will have all my work on the car done by them in the future.
People are friendly. They are professional and act like they care about you and your car. They are courteous as well. They listen and do what they say they are going to do.

The people were nice and friendly
The greeting, being recognized by name as a devoted customer by the service agent, being called and advised by the service agent the work that needed to be done to my vehicle, and the shuttle service was safe with a friendly atmosphere as always.
We have a Buick Enclave. It was time for it regularly scheduled maintenance and Bob Hook made the process so easy.
I always receive excellent service at Bob Hook Chevrolet. Employees in the Service Department are friendly and courteous and treat you like family.
I was there a little before time for my appointment and they took my SUV and they were finished with at the time they aid it would be done. It was to replace a bolt under the drivers seat that I got a recall lette about.
I knew what used car I wanted to buy before I got there. There was no pressure of any type to change my choice. It was a very user friendly experience and I was able to make the deal and drive off with the car I wanted in less than 1 hour. Everyone I dealt with was great!!
