The greeting, being recognized by name as a devoted customer by the service agent, being called and advised by the service agent the work that needed to be done to my vehicle, and the shuttle service was safe with a friendly atmosphere as always.

I was there a little before time for my appointment and they took my SUV and they were finished with at the time they aid it would be done. It was to replace a bolt under the drivers seat that I got a recall lette about.
I knew what used car I wanted to buy before I got there. There was no pressure of any type to change my choice. It was a very user friendly experience and I was able to make the deal and drive off with the car I wanted in less than 1 hour. Everyone I dealt with was great!!
