I brought in my 2008 Chevy Avalanche for new tires, an oil change, a check of the A/C system, belts, and battery. My tires were there and ready for me and my truck was done in a reasonable amount of time. I LOVE dealing with my service person, Anita Swartz!! PLEASE don't let her leave!! She keeps me up to date on what my truck needs and when it needs it. When I am there, she keeps me posted on how things are going. I have had an ongoing issue with my car that no one could seem to figure out. i took it to this dealership and have been back 4 times. (like i said ongoing issue.) each time they find something else wrong with it that has since shown up since they fixed part of the problem before. (not their fault, it was the dealership that i bought it from befores fault.) . the service manager, andy, has been so courteous and helpful with this issue. he doesnt shove the problem to the side and takes care of it personally. i recommend this ... read more
I had an appointment for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I had asked for my car to be done by 2pm. To my delight my car did not need anything to pass and was completed a couple of hours early. Good job!
