Great place to work. Bruce Nesenger has built a Great environment for people to work in. Different from most Car Dealership Owners, Bruce cares about his employees, and the community the dealership services. "The Experience" really matters, for employees, and that translates to a Great Experience for the customers.
I have always received excellent service from the staff @ Victory Chevrolet. I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and have been very satisfied with both vehicles- (Chevy Equinox). The maintenance and care that this dealership has displayed and delivered over and over again is exceptional. Customer service/sales staff, service staff, receptionist & management have always been friendly courteous and professional. I have always been treated like family!!! Victory Chevrolet Rocks!!!!
Steven Opatowski was very competent in his work. I was very pleased with his patience in making my experience a perfect 10. Steven is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase of the Chevy Cruze. Being an owner of an older car I had little experience on how to use the newer car. Before I left the dealer, Steven set me up with On star and taught me how to connect my phone with Bluetooth/CarPlay. Thank you Steven Opatowski and Joe Donofrio for an unforgettable experience.

Service experience was amazing. Purchased a Silverado truck (as 2nd car) - always had Mercedes. Not sure what to except (at time) but just had my 2nd impressive experience. Friendly helpful staff, welcoming service center (coffee / beverages, bagels). Efficient and helpful staff and mechanics. Highly recommend. Also enjoyed meeting mgr, Fran. At par with Mercedes!
