Unacceptable service experience: Delay in working on truck excessive. DESPITE APPOINTMENT IT SAT FOR 2 DAYS WITH NO WORK DONE. Despite THEN being told you servie dept. running 2 days behind, not even offered a "courtesy car", military or any other type/amount of discount. NO UPDATE CALLS until end of 2nd day to say 1 more day, no call back 3rd day, repair went into whole th day. CHARGED DOUBLE the internet average labor for the job.
This dealership is the real deal! We had such a smooth transaction with sales and finance. They were honest, upfront, patient, and great to work with.
