Cold food. Poor service . Waited an hour for uneatable meal. Second time. Never again.
Wait staff needs to improve. Sat for 10 minutes and NO service. Not even a drink order...nothing and the restaurant was not that busy. Whoever the waitress was for the section we were in could have at least acknowledged that we were there..again NOTHING. A couple came in a few minutes after us and their waitress was right there waiting on them. So who ever she is good job you might want to teach the others on how to be a waitress. Note to being a waitress...even if it isn't your section ask people if they need anything.
Food was OK, but the service was completely unacceptable, spoke to the manager and she didn't even apologize, just started making excuses for every thing.
Service was great................Food however, sucked this particular time :(
This Bob Evans sucks. Wait staff was afawl. Food was cold and nasty! Will not go to another one.
Food is good if they get good management. The ladies work hard but have no leadership. My last post must have been deleted a few months ago.
