I love the Ripley Bob Evans. The wait stays is always super friendly and kind. Very helpful an accommodating. We were there when the power went out and they were awesome to us! I highly recommend the Ripley Bob Evans!
This is a excellent resturant. We always have a good meal there. Always new dishes to try, ample portions and friendly servers. They are always willing to make any adjustments/ special requests for us. I signed up for the newsletter and get discounts and special promotions regularly. It's a very clean modern yet honey place to enjoy a meal with family and friends.

Our family (party of 8) ate at Bob Evans on July 13. We were celebrating a birthday and supporting CarterCan fundraiser. We had friendly and efficient staff and the food was good. An enjoyable evening!
I've never ate at the Bob Evans in ripley until yesterday, but it was an awesome experience! My server was so sweet and made sure we had refills before we even asked for it. My daughter is 4 and loves her whip cream, they specially made French toast with strawberries and extra whip cream for her. Management was awesome as well!
I've never had good food here. In 7 years. I try every now and again. Still bad. After waiting for the manager for at least ten minutes I didn't wish to receive anything else. I received a credit for the bad food. What I will never understand is why would anyone deliver food to you that just looks bad. If it looks bad, you wouldn't eat it so why would you as a manager deliver food to a table that looks that bad! You have a word with your cooks! Make them remake it and apologize for the wait.
