Recommendedi have gotten a 2011 dodge durango citadel from here that i loved and recently purchased a 2019 chrysler 300 from them they made the process easy and enjoyable every one was very nice and informative on how the process goes. i’ve also went to the service side and the service manager was very helpful and the technicians knew exactly what they where doing and made sure we left happy!! 😊 i will be returning for any of my car needs!
I just bought a 2018 Fiat 500LTrek. My salesperson, Stephanie Danbury was very knowledgeable and 😁 and patient. Sales manager Shawn Woods was very welcoming, and they gave me an incredibly good price. I'm glad I drove just an extra 30 miles to check them out.
My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle and stoped by Bob Brady and a young salesman named Brandon Lynch came out and asked if he could help us and help us he did ! He showed us the various cars we wanted to look at answered all of our questions with courteous and was very knowledgeable with each vehicle he showed us . Horrible experience. Tiffany had told my husband and I we were approve by the bank for us to come pick out the vehicle. We drove over an hour to get there just to be told that since the income was coming from my husband (also on the loan) instead of myself that we were not approved. I will give Kayla props though she was amazing and nice as could be. Just don’t agree with Tiffany telling us we were 100% approved then get there and find out differently
