My 2015 Jeep renegade that I bought from Bob Brady broke down. I had it towed there on Monday June 10th. I could not get ahold of anyone in the service department before or after the tow. They finally called me Tuesday morning wondering why my car is there. Fast forward to Thursday June 13th & many phone calls later I still do not have any answers. Bought a new car and had been working with Chantelle (believe the internet manager) who went out of her way to help me find the best deal, so when I arrived the cars were ready that I was interested in. We worked with Todd Jones who helped us with the test drives and explained all the gadgets,etc. Everyone was extremely courteous and went out of their way to make everything perfect. Best thing no one was pushy including the finance guy, Rey Rodriquez. I highly recommend them.
Brandon Lynch made what had been a day of stress and unsuccessful car shopping into a wonderful and successful event. Brandon was a breath of fresh air! He listened to our needs and helped us as much was possible. I ended up having to get my kids from daycare before we were finished with everything. He and other reps made my family feel like family. They played with my children and helped me keep them entertained. I am grateful for their help and the overall experience!
