Had service done to my vehicle on Saturday and a worker made a very inappropriate comment to me. I complained to a couple people so they are well aware. I really would of thought that someone from management would of called me by now to address the situation. Very disappointed
I would like to thank the following employees of the Bob Bell Dealer Group for the fantastic deal, treatment and attentive service during my purchase. Thank you...Dave Coyne, Jeff Glascoe, Domonic Pauling, Robert May and Susan Marques. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is a key priority at the Bob Bell Organization. I received first class treatment! Bob Bell was referred by a friend and I am extremely thankful to him for the recommendation. I owe him a steak dinner!

First time buying a new car and shopped around the Baltimore metro for it. I went to several dealerships however felt the most comfortable here. Salesman Eric Coleman was amazing!! He put us under no pressure and gave us a great deal. Would suggest him and this dealership to anyone. Love them!!
Great car dealership, good price, nice folks to deal with, and they had the car that my wife liked, a pretty dark blue mustang
