George Harrison is an amazing person! He is such a great salesman. He was able to explain in perfect detail the all of the features of the car we bought. Not once did my wife or I feel like he was selling a car to us. He was just talking to us and answering our questions. Easiest car purchase we ever had. I can’t wait until we buy another so we can go back and see George!

We bought both of our cars there in 2011. We have continued to have them serviced through Bob Bell and they've always done a great job of being professional and attentive to our needs. Great service with a smile - we will use them again when we are ready to replace the next car!

This place used to be pretty good. Now they don’t even honor their internet sales price... Headed back to Ourisman Hyundai in Laurel where they keep their word.
I took my 2013 Kia Sorento in for its 90k tune up today I booked my appointment online and the maintenance was advertised $459 for the service but I ended up paying $638 for the service Nothing like false advertising to bring the customer in and scamming them!This is the 6 vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership over the past 20 years and it will be the last!!
Have had my car for over a month. I have to chase them down for status. Certified vehicle under warranty for repairs, yet I'm the one paying for the rental car. Dealership hasn't paid one dime nor have they offered to fix this issue. Instead I'm told to call Hyundai warranty to take care of this because they are only the "middle man"....LOL big joke. Last Hyundai I would ever buy & would never go to the dealership for anything. Beyond annoyed at this point for their lack of responsiveness.
