Wanted to test drive a Kona. Mark McDonald texted me from my internet inquiry and met me at the dealership with the car ready to go. Excellent experience; no pressure; let me take my time. Spent a lot of time with me explaining all the features and quickly gave a solid offer. After test driving another vehicle elsewhere I came back and bought from Mark same day. Thank you Mark!
Called in today about my cars engine light randomly coming on and spoke with Jennifer. I knew what was wrong, as it was an issue before. Let her know I was in a rush for personal reasons and needed to drop it and grab a rental, since this was a warranty issue. Once I got there, the paperwork was ready and Jennifer took it right back. No more than 25 minutes later she came back and said my car was repaired and ready to go! Thank you, Jennifer for you fast service and understanding in my need to hurry!
