I was just there for a Vintage VW Car Show. The dealership is a gracious host to all the nuts who show up to gawk at and geek out over old bugs. It gets super crowded and it has to be a burden on the sales staff, but everyone that I encountered seemed to take it in stride.

I made an appoint with one of the receptionist at Bob baker a week ago for this morning at 8:00am. She stated the lot opened at 7:30 and we ( husband and I) could come early if needed. Jason Field was a great guy to work with! He was honest down to earth and did not pressure me and my husband to buy a car. He got us into the perfect car and he was extremely nice and professional. This is the 2nd time a row that I have had to wait for someone to find my car. The first was 45 mins and this time I'm going on 1 1/2 hours and still waiting. I've bought 4(FOUR) brand NEW cars here and ONLY had/have them services here and I keep getting inconvenienced... 1 instance ok, second instance shame on them, third instance shame on me.. I'm an idiot to keep bringing my business here.. OBVIOUSLY RIGHT?
