You should be able to give zero stars. 1 is too kind. Watch out for this dealership and its team!!! Be very wary. Verify everything. Pay attention to the details. They will say anything to close a deal. Lies, lies, lies. Where do I begin? Women get no service from the service department. When I arrived, there was no greeting. I flagged down an employee and explained that I had an appointment. I watched as two men pulled up, were greeted within 15 seconds and a service adviser was helping them within a minute. After 5 minutes without assistance, I drove off. When I called the service manager to explain my lack of service, he said that would not happen. Please check your video surveillance to see that it did.
