Would’ve been nice to know that when I called about availability of a part 15 minutes prior to closing that they were closing soon. I would not have fought the traffic and bothered to drive there (FYI THEY MOVED TO THE STREET BEHIND Where they were two months ago) which I arrive to exactly 3 minutes late. Disappointed with this dealership. Initially Lisa Quintal, Certified Experience Manager, was helpful, knowledgeable and professional while showing my wife and I the new ID4 Pro S. I asked for an approximate monthly lease quote and she said she would get it right away. 5 stars for the techs being awesome with my car for her oil change. Negative 3 stars for being nagged at about getting something else done on my car which i politely said i couldn't afford multiple times before telling the sales guy i fought all of last year for my life to beat cancer, which is why i cannot afford anything else for my car right now.
