Went in for recall and tech was very communicative during the process and car was completed in a timely manner with a complimentary detailing as well!
This 5 star review is for WILLIAM @AutoNation VW Carlsbad's SERVICE dept. My check engine light came on, and I was easily able to make an appt with the service department. William kept me posted throughout the process, and the issue was resolved within 36 hrs. William was kind and respectful -- much appreciated after my negative experience with the sales team.
The team is great. Very helpful and transparent. Just talk to them about your concerns and they will go above and beyond to address them.
Service is exceptional here, Valentine is very knowledgeable and was super helpful in educating me about my Tiguan. The technician kept open communication about my car as well with things he found that needed to be fixed and was honest about the urgency of the repairs. Will be back!
