I serve on the board of a Fox Valley nonprofit that sits on a large campus with several roadways and parking lots. We contracted B&DLM in the fall of 2020 for snow removal and salting. They were terminated in December 2020 after charging 2x the salt costs we had incurred in other COMPLETE years. Turns out they are also a salt distributor. I hired Bob and Dave's services for snow removal for two small apartment buildings that I just acquired last year. I work a regular 8-5 job and am trying to develop some passive income through these two apartments to allow me more time with my children at home.
