Recommendedvery very good food! Even though we had a few long wait times.... we enjoyed the Boathouse tremendously
Terrible experience! Waited over 40 minutes for a table. Asked the hostess for a patio table when we arrived. I was not happy with the table since it was not what I had requested. I asked our waiter to move us to an available table with a better view. That didn't happen. At this point it was better to close our tab and leave. Also, the drinks (we had margaritas) were disgusting.
Excellent food and great views of the river! We ate there on July 16, 2018 while visiting Salida.

Stopped in for appetizers and drinks. The stuffed mushrooms and shrimp kabobs were amazing! Spectacular view seated on the deck and the atmosphere was pleasant! Definitely returning!

The food was great! I had the smoked chicken salad, still have to find a place that makes one as good. Definitely a place to go and will go in the future.

Everything was so good and, they love dogs when you show up with your pup they bring them water in there own water Bowl with ice

Great atmosphere, views. Awesome during football season, lots of tvs throughout. Happy hour is pretty decent, 3/6pm. Nice selection of food, beers and cocktails at a discount. Regular selection very good - love every margarita I’ve tried (almost all of them!) Food is great, like it all. Bands frequently on weekends. Very ‘green’ business which I respect and prefer. Next to park and path along river for stroll after dinner. A favorite spot in Salida, often busy during peak hours. Enjoy!!!
