We try to add a little variety & mix it up every time we come to visit the Boathouse Cantina on our little trips from Denver and we are never disappointed. The chicken strips...so good. I took a shot at the pot roast sandwich and, surprisingly enough, this took me back in time to the big city Italian restaurants in Chicago and their ever loved Italian Beef sandwiches once you add that pepper relish! Getting a waitress to take my order took forever. I ordered the mussels and they were very overcooked and there lots of broken shells. Great views though!

Not too busy at 4 pm on a Wed, so we were immediately seated at a table inside with a view of the beautiful, raging Arkansas River. Service was prompt and good. All of us enjoyed our meals. Guacamole and chips appetizer was superb!

Terrible service. After checking in, getting one of those vibrating/light square notification boxes and then waiting an hour for a table, we were told we weren't on the list. After speaking with the manager we we're finally seated but it was another hour before we got food. The river view was wonderful but not worth the hassle and time it took. Hey there, Jill. We hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to providing each and every guest with an excellent dining experience. That being said , this weekend was our busiest weekend of the summer with the FIBARK festival and our wait time goes up dramatically .
