Overpriced for what you get. Ordered hummus appetizer for 10 or 12 bucks. It came with 1 pita but enough hummus for 3. Beet salad 13 bucks and a small portion that was spread out on a big plate. Low value in my opinion.

My experience here was amazing! Came in alone and sat on the patio with a perfect view of the river. I was immediately approached by a charming waitress who seemed to know exactly what she was doing, and was comfortable at this establishment. I have read the few negative reviews on this page (really not that bad) and the simple fact that the manager was personally responding says alot. This was our last meal before leaving Salida. Great choice. The food was excellent and looking out over the Arkansas river with the light breeze was incredible.

Tacos have fat and grizzle we waited to the end of our meal but the owner said nothing they could do we should have said something earlier.

Last three experiences were not good at all. A few weeks ago I went to the Boathouse and ordered a medium rare burger and calamari. The calamari was about half the portion it used to be. The burger was fully cooked. I didn't have time to wait on a new burger. Then a couple of weeks ago I called in an order for another burger. I arrived 30 minutes later and was handed a burrito!
