Was amazing! Definitely go here again! Staff was pleasant and food was so tasteful!
I simply "luv" the elegance, and the fact that you really don't have to dress up to feel like you are the most important person who walked into the restaurant. I have been eating at Boar's Head for "15+" years and never, ever have been displeased. The food is perfect, and always consistent in preparation and presentation. I truly enjoy every morsel and I feel so relaxed and pampered.
Personally I would not come back. The service was good but the cost for what you actually get was terrible. I ordered the seafood platter with grouper, oyster, shrimp, and scallops. When $30 are spent for a "platter" I would think that it would be platter size portions. It was more like a sampler. The scallops were about the size of dime the grouper was the size of a silver dollar and the best part of the meal was the fries. When $400 is spent I expect a $400 experience.
A great fine dine :) The food was delicious and cooked perfectly.
The food was amazing! Bacon wrapped shrimp, blackened prime rib, surf and turf & chargrilled shrimp was what my family and I all had.
