My first service experience with Boardwalk Acura was exceptional! The service manager, David Fawcett apologized for the long wait for my car to be washed. Apparently the person or persons who are running the car wash connected to Acura are very disorganized, poor time management skills when the service of the vehicle had been completed on time. To compensate, David offered $30 off my service & free oil change in the near future. Thank you, David for great service!
David the service manager always takes care of my car needs. From ordering parts to services, he goes above and beyond by helping me out!
