Everything was Great until the guy Tony who was to wash and vacuum my MDX stole my sons candy out of a screw top tumbler cup and sat he vacuumed the candy up by accident� I am still mad about this.... by the way it happened today 10-13-18
every time I need service David is there to answer my questions and give me advise. I really like that. He’s the best.
Although I had a great experience with the salesman who sold me my car, I am rather unimpressed with the customer service I’ve received from management. Most recently, I’ve been calling the dealership about my temporary tags (they expire today) and they have either been unresponsive or rude. When attempting to rectify the issue, I was directed to Dave, who spoke over me and didn’t seem to care. I traveled over an hour to buy this car, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.
I always have a great experience and they are very prompt and accommodating ! I give it 5 stars!!
I have just purchased my 4th Acura from Don Hamilton of Boardwalk Acura. He is fantastic to work with. listens to what I want and finds the right vehicle for my needs and budget. love working with him.
Maria was my salesperson but sales managers & finance person were all very nice. Maria told me to come back anytime if I need further help with the vehicle & the new technology with the package I have on the car. Very comfortable interior & has many new security features. I have a 2019 Acura RDX tech. It is totally redesigned.
My service advisor Aquilla, is wonderful and the service requested is almost always completed on my first visit. Today, though, I brought my car in for routine service and to fix a vibration when I brake. I was told the rotors need work even though the were replaced for the same reason about 20,000 miles ago. I questioned this but, I am not sure the answer justified the need for this reoccurrence. This issue notwithstanding, I highly recommend the service at Boardwalk Acura
