I understand that car salesmen get a bad rap. However in this situation i believe they lived up to this stereotype. The sales person was not honest and at times didn’t provide all the right information.
Mrs. Aquila Evans made a difficult situation bearable. She went above and beyond to help. She is very knowledgeable and provided me with info that I didn’t know but needed to know. I was not fully satisfied when I purchased my Acura because the sales staff were not helpful or accommodating. Mrs. Evan made me feel that my business was appreciated and I was a valued customer. Wonderful experience at boardwalk Acura. We were made to feel very comfortable and the process was smooth and no nonsense. Gave us the best deal and no going back and forth. Felt very confident and will use boardwalk Acura again, Don, when the lease on my rdx is over.
Excellent, friendly and informative service manager! My first ever 100,000 mile service on a car and was told it would take all day. Was provided a loaner for the day and ended up getting a call that my car was ready several hours ahead of schedule. Long live my Acura TL I still love you!!! Thank you ACURA BOARDWALK!
