Absolutely the worst dealership. Stay clear had a few safety issues with my new truck can’t even get a call back which they are supposed to cover under warranty. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there, the way they treat there customers is ridiculous, especially paying high dollar for shitty service.
The service department is always very friendly and efficient. I've been taking my cars for service to Boardwalk Acura and Honda for years. I've always been very satisfied. The sales department at both locations are wonderful too. I've purchased both Acuras and Hondas from them over the years. I've always been treated fairly in terms of getting a good deal on both new and certified used cars.
Everyone was great. My salesman was Steve Bongivanni.
