Went to get my tires checked waited for 7 min before even getting acknowledged by lady who already had a customer. Employee was with no one and was sitting on his desk doing paperwork didn't even try to help me he saw a older white lady come in and what do you know stood right up to help her while I'm just standing there like I'm a ghost. I left there wishing I never bought a car from there or from Acura In general.
By far one of the best Acura service departments around. Aquila Evans is absolutely phenomenal and a true professional. I bring all 3 of my Acura's here because I know they care just as much about my cars well being as I do and because Aquila and the amazing technicians never fail in going above and beyond in delivering quality service! Horrible experience, my first acura, and I waited over 3 hours just to get my 08 tl "looked " at.... Nobody returns my calls, and my car came back from the "road test" with some sticky stuff on it all over the car, looked like gum maybe.... As the service guy wiped it, he left light scratches all over. I am not pleased with the "acura" experience. Plus there's hardly any selection, and one car in show room, everyone had lunch at same time leaving me to be on my own. Just in professional if u ask me. Thanks for scratching my ... read more
