they charge $4,000 for a part that only cost $300 to put on and it's a plastic part oil filter. housing was bad. that's what they said but bowditch Ford said that it's a hose so ask yourself a question. who do you believe? I believe bowditch Ford And when I walked into the service department, one of the service advisors was talking to someone on the phone with a previous problem like mine or filter housing bad. so I guess it's fair to say that the oil filter housing don't last on BMWs
I took my car thier to have it checked out they wouldn't even look at it it has the same engine as the bmw
I have not received my refund back from this BMW dealership. I have contacted them several times and got the run around. Please be careful...do NOT buy a car from them.
