My new iX 2025 in shop for a broken strut. When there, no one to greet you in, had to wonder to greet area to get someone that my drop off is here. No loaner cars available at this Virginia Beach Blvd BMW services center (three week out for loaner). Place smelled of skunk, dunno from another BMW car or personnel, but stunk the whole garage area even greet area. They provided Uber service to drop off to your destination, while they worked on iX. I’ve had the pleasure of having my BMW for about a little bit over a year yesterday. The day started off pretty bad when I was driving on the road in a metal rod got stuck in between my tire. I swiftly pulled up to BMW without an appointment and they were able to get me in Same day to my surprise when I went to go pick up my vehicle. I need the oil change in the near future, and they knocked out my oil change as well without me even asking. It was such a blessing and so much of excellent service it made the rest of my day.
