My car was repaired and kept Wednesday through Friday with no loaner. The same problem I brought the car in for left us stranded on the side of the road today, Sunday , with a tropical storm moving in. Service at BMW Mobile now is POOR. It used to be excellent. What happened!?? We will have to use a dealer 120 miles from home. And have family come rescue us.
We received exceptional service throughout the process of purchasing our new vehicle. They went above and beyond to provide top notch customer service. I highly recommend them in all aspects.
