This is the second time we've received poor service mainly due to poor communication. We went in for a tire change and it took nearly 3 hours though no one else was in the service department ahead of us. No one approached us to provide updates on why it was taking so long. After assessing our vehicle we should have received an overview of what what's required and how long it would take. I had to get the recalled airbag inflator removed and replaced in our older model 2002 BMW 525i. The maintenance professionals treated me as if I had just bought a brand-new car. Wonderful service and friendly staff!
