Most convenient maintenance department ever experienced. Automated doors for the indoor drive in service and you can also choose your reps when scheduling an appointment. They also have multiple credit card options including points rewards. The shop is very clean and the people are very friendly. I would highly recommend everyone purchase a BMW at least once. And if you do, take it to BMW of Mobile for maintenance.

The service staff was great. Russell kept me informed along the way. However, it took 8 days to repair my BMW. I brought it in on a Thursday and a tech wasn’t able to get to it until the following Wednesday. It then took until Friday morning to receive and install the parts. I understand having to order parts. They can’t stock every part, but the Chevy, Volvo and Lexus dealers I dealt with on those vehicle were much faster in terms of getting a tech on the car. Usually same day. If that was a fluke, you’ll have to show me.

This is my 4th BMW, my first with BMW of Mobile. Should I buy another, it would be with this dealership. Everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with was phenomenal. I drove from Charleston SC to purchase from them and would be happy to do it again. Well worth the drive. I highly recommend them.
