I was looking for a MINI and found this dealership through their listings on TrueCar. Even though the car I wanted was gone when I got to the dealership, Marcus was diligent in making sure that I was up-to-date on incoming inventory and had amazing patience while I decided which model worked best for my needs. Both he and Jeff were understanding without pressuring me like other dealerships. I will definitely be back to see Marcus for my next vehicle.

Kevin Shamburger and Randy Ziegler were able to provide me exceptionally great service while my car was in service. While my service advisor did not do a great job in helping. They were able to go out of their ways to make up for what he lacked. Definitely 5 stars from me and I will buy recommending this place for everyone who needs service!
Made phone appt with Service Rep Dale. He greeted us upon arrival, and gave us an estimated completion time, so we sat in the comfortable, well-provided waiting room. There we met Haley, one of the showroom floor reps. She was very kind to offer to bring us a small lunch when she heard that we had missed it. In summary, this was a most pleasant first experience, and we will return to Mobile for our service needs. Thank you!
