RecommendedOn 11/13/ 20 my appointment at BMW of Columbia was great. My car was taken on time, a Lyft ride was provided, I received updates of unexpected maintenance and a video of work performed. My service consultant was Charles and he was pleasant and helpful with advice. I would definitely recommend BMW of Columbia for great service.
