Following up to the third request I have received for feedback in 2 days. My initial experience did not give me a good impression, the online booking experience was full of errors and the email confirmation I received simply indicated that an error had occurred. Have had to go back over 3 times for the same issue that would’ve been caught the first. The staff told me it was because of one person and that persons fired now. However, because of their incompetence I still have this issue. You can tell the staff have lack of knowledge and the service is sub par compared to the four other BMW locations I’ve been to. You can never trust what you’re being told and just have to pray their technicians actually did their job.
